Like open access publications, WAST is an open access platform with which everyone can collaborate from authors, editors, readers to societies, librarians, book sellers and conference organizers. Our organization and editorial team is always willing to work and collaborate to promote open access publication and to measure, monitor and maximize the visibility and impact of quality research through joint ventures.

Conference Collaboration Program (CCP) provides conference organizers a privileged platform for publishing their original research work in both the conference and the special issues of the journals. This program is deliberated to disseminate scientific research and to establish long term International collaborations and partnerships with academic communities and conference organizers.
This collaboration program benefits its partners by providing them International exposure and recognition. Best papers presented in conference proceedings are honored for their research innovations. Papers selected for publication are published under open access WAST Digital Library.
As more conference partners and authors are embracing the vision of this program, WAST announced the Collaboration Program Tracks to unite and strengthen two way process that shared a common mission of serving authors and researchers. Conference Collaboration tracks are carefully designed to cover the conferences that are organized under general or specific research areas.
Conference Collaboration Tracks– WAST invite conference organizers from diversified areas of research ranging from computer sciences, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, civil, mechanical & Industrial engineering, management, finance, business, economics, social sciences, environmental sciences, agriculture, biological, health, medical sciences and other engineering to applied sciences. Conference Collaboration program is open for all the organizations related to research, intelligence & Innovations.
Special Issue Track- WAST launches a special issue solely for one specific conference. The conference organizers ensure that there will be no journal covering the conference best/selected papers other than WAST Journals and only WAST Journals will have the right to publish the extended papers/best papers of the conference. Conference organizers will also provide review comments of the best/selected papers so that there would be no delay in publishing. WAST will bear the publication cost of 8 papers. For additional papers, a standard publication fee will be charged.
Guidelines for Conference Collaboration
Following are the policies/rules for Conference Collaboration:
- We allow one conference to be partnered with one journal only.
- Both parties will place the conference/journal logo on their websites to promote each other.
- Conference organizers will provide the proof of the papers selected as Best Conference Papers along with its review comments.
- WAST reserves the right to reject the conference paper if the research quality presented is not up to the standards set by WAST conference committee.
- WAST requires copyright transfer form from authors for their publication distribution.
- WAST committee reserves the right to withdraw the name, logo, and therefore deny access to partner who do not adhere to these procedures.
